Depending on the variant, the HOFFRICHTER TREND III series offers different therapy modes to maximise the comfort and safety of sleep therapy.

CPAP
Continuous pressure to prevent collapse of the upper airway. I-Flex and E-Flex facilitate the recognised inhalation and exhalation effort for increased comfort.
AutoCPAP
In addition to all the benefits of CPAP, the user gains further comfort by automatically adjusting the pressure according to events during the night.
BiLevel S
Patients who need more than one support by means of continuously increased pressure benefit from the BiLevel S because there are separate pressure levels for inhalation and exhalation. Furthermore, breathing behaviour is analysed and the length of the inhalation and breathing pauses are controlled by the patient’s breathing behaviour.
If necessary, the optionally adjustable safety frequency can be used to ensure a minimum level of safety even during long phases of (central) apnoea.
AutoBiLevel S
Extend the list of advantages of the BiLevel S mode to include automatic adjustment of both pressure levels in order to always maintain as little pressure as possible but as much as necessary.
BiLevel T
Patients with insufficient spontaneous breathing during the night can breathe easier thanks to the BiLevel T. Select the optimum inhalation and exhalation cycle for the patient and the breaths per minute. Patients who have cyclical spontaneous breathing also benefit from the option of having their own breathing efforts supported to a controlled extent.
BiLevel ST
The full comfort of the BiLevel S for spontaneous breathing, combined with the safety of the BiLevel T.

- With the optional HOFFRICHTER TRENDcom, the therapy reports are sent fully automatically to the HOFFRICHTERcloud every day and are therefore available anywhere and at any time.
- Use HOFFRICHTER TRENDnet for local ethernet networks, e.g. in sleep laboratories, or for connection to a PSG interface.
- HOFFRICHTER TRENDapp enables connection to Android mobile devices via Bluetooth to view and forward therapy reports directly.
